01Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Beskline ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an AI agentic orchestration platform operated by Beskline Inc. By accessing, signing up for, or using our website, APIs, embeddable chat widgets, progressive web applications (PWA), Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you may not register, access, or use our Services.

02Platform Description & AI Orchestration Services

Beskline operates on the "one agent per engagement" architectural model, delivering specialized autonomous AI operations:

  • Intake Briefs & Agent Generation: Creating autonomous agents by compiling intake briefs (defining role, objective, context, tone, constraints, escalation triggers, and catalog items) into executable system prompts.
  • Multi-Model AI Inference: Channelling completions through OpenRouter to state-of-the-art third-party models (including Gemini, Claude, GPT-4o, DeepSeek, and Llama).
  • Multi-Channel Deployment: Distributing agents to web widgets, multi-provider WhatsApp (Whapi, WaAPI, Twilio, 360dialog), Gmail via Google OAuth, and hosted WebMCP agentic sites.
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP) & LangGraph: Integrating external MCP tools, Beskline Native MCP Server capabilities, Personal Agent Protocol (PAP) interfaces, and visual multi-agent workflow graph orchestration.
  • Team Collaboration & Human Escalation: Inviting team members with role-based access, automated escalation notifications, and seamless de-escalation back to AI models.

03Account Security, Handles & Roles

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, Personal Agent Protocol (PAP) tokens, and integrated provider API keys.

WORKSPACE ROLE ACCESS MATRIX

Account Owners: Hold complete administrative privileges, billing authority, key generation, and full conversation history access.

Freelancers & Editors: Permitted access to designated workspace operational tools (Catalog, MCP Adapters, Hosted Sites), but strictly prohibited from reading private chat histories or altering account settings.

You may not claim handles that impersonate other persons or brands, infringe trademarks, or act deceptively. Beskline reserves the right to reclaim or modify offending handles.

04AI Credits, Tchokopay Payments & Metering

The platform operates on a single metered AI credit model (1 credit ≈ $0.001 USD equivalent). Credit deduction is computed dynamically from token pricing plus a 30% margin (minimum floor of 1 credit per inference request).

  • Starter Credits: Registered accounts receive 1,000 starter credits on signup.
  • Top-Up Packages: Credit bundles are processed in Central African CFA Francs (FCFA / XAF) via Tchokopay Mobile Money (MTN & Orange).
  • Non-Refundable: AI credit purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. Credits hold no monetary cash value outside the Beskline ecosystem.
  • Free Models: OpenRouter models designated with :free consume 0 model token credits.

05Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use or facilitate the use of Beskline to:

PROHIBITED CONTENTGenerate weapons schematics, CBRN materials, terror promotion, hate speech, or non-consensual imagery.
NETWORK ATTACKSPerform SSRF attacks, cloud metadata interception, denial-of-service, or automated credential stuffing.
COMMUNICATION ABUSETransmit unsolicited bulk spam, phishing lures, or deceptive financial scams via WhatsApp or email.
SECURITY EVASIONBypass MCP tool definition pinning (SHA-256), alter audit log hashes, or defeat upstream AI safety filters.

Violations result in immediate suspension, termination of active engagements, and revocation of credit balances.

06Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of your intake briefs, uploaded documents, product catalogues, and conversation data. You grant Beskline a limited license to process and encrypt this data strictly to deliver the platform Services.

Beskline IP: The platform code, brand, user interfaces, documentation, WebMCP runtime, and Native MCP Server are the exclusive property of Beskline Inc.

07Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & AI OUTPUT NATURE

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AI COMPLETIONS ARE STATISTICAL INFERENCES GENERATED BY THIRD-PARTY LLMS. BESKLINE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BESKLINE INC. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION). BESKLINE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00 USD OR THE SUM PAID BY YOU TO BESKLINE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
